Clifton plaza is set in downtown Cincinnati in the Clifton neighborhood area. The project was to design a public gathering space that was capable of hosting events both day or night, and allow people to sit and relax when they have some free time. The plaza is off of a busy main road so it's set back from the street and blocked by trees to allow people to get away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time to themselves or with a group.
The plaza is meant to be a place people can either spend five minutes or a few hours depending on the activities around. It is capable of hosting various city wide events, from farmers markets to outdoor concerts the plaza is able to be set up for anything. Its prominent location makes its usability and access easy for everyone to gather at year round.
